Salon Cancellation Policy

At Christonio Hair Saloon, we value your time and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. To ensure a positive and smooth experience for all our guests and staff, please review the following guidelines:

Non-Refundable Deposit

For colour services and special event bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill when you arrive

Cancellation Notice

We understand that life can be unpredictable at time. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you provide us with more than 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to fill your appointment slot with clients on our waitlist.

Timeliness

Please strive to arrive on time. If you are running late, give us a call at (03) 9466 8358. Delays can impact our schedule and affect other clients. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to adjust your service accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and support!
